Care for making complain against the airtel with invoice but dealer is not ready to give invoice....
Also, note today I have make complain with service request id 92979394/93059952 and received call from engineer and they asking Rs. 150...
It's means there is no any standardrise rules price list for customer and appointed authorised dealer..
It has been observed they are running another business for engineer visit charge of Rs.150 with out invoice
I always face error code B001,

Now you almost problem occur on an avg of 30 days. 150*12= Rs. 1800
With annual maintenance charge( hidden charge). They also not give compensation of lost days during the problem occurs.
2-3 days lost ( 3*12= 36 days)
24-36 days lost of service, although we have paid for them in advance.
