The developer should not hide behind the scene, and pretend that all these mishap and flaws do not exist. We the business owners here face all kinds of problems such as high maintenance fees with no service provided, no canteen vendors, no vending machines, no ATM, no motorcycle parking lots, flooding on the 2 uppermost floors when it rains, etc, and we requested for a dialogue with the developer , but to no avail. The person in charge of this project is hard to reach. No call answering machine, no assistant that answer phone calls, for a big company that buys land and spreads wings overseas, this is really rare. Modern age people in this generation do not just accept what is implemented upon us , we want discussion , negotiation, dialogue , two ways communications!

Poor visibility due to inconsistent exterior lighting. Frequently, I have to depend on my iPhone light to find door keyhole.

We had to lock our doors in the dark for months because there was simply no light outside our unit despite the fact that we paid for maintenance since day 1!

we are running a car workshop to collect parking fee is just asking our customer please dun come to us and going to others that parking are free.

Allowed accredited and qualifiy sprinkler installers to quote rather then monopoly from just one contractor, can retook parking charges to more affordable rate.
