According to Subsidiary Proprietors’ Handbook, for Block 8 (Ramp-up factory) unit. stated that 80A 3-phase electrical supply to all factory units. But this is not the case, I have to pay thousands of dollars to get my contractor to run the cables from the tap-off unit at the common area to my unit and I have to pay a final connection fee.

Review punitive parking charges. Give the B2 Industrial owners n tenants a level playing field with their competitors.

I am a customer of unit #03-39, I think the charges this car park going to implement is really too high compared to other industrial estates! Cut throat!

Ridiculous unheard of parking charges. We should report to CPIB regarding the sprinkler vendor (exorbitant fees 200% above market rate).

waa if there is car park charges who will want to sent their car for servicing? I have been servicing my car regularly with one of the tenant there. if charges will be on us that will not make me want to go there anymore

#03-17 - we have Malaysian worker whom ride motorcyle to work everyday and previous space was not charged and now we have to pay for the motorcycle lot which there is not lot catered for motorcyle. this eventually increased our running cost to operate at Premier. Can van be the priorty for free parking as well?

No garbage bins provided. General wastes are all over the places. Everyday we have to dispose ourselves and yet charge on heavy maintenance fees.

Hi I always come to the workshop and previously there was no eps gantry. I am not against the setting up of the eps gantry but at times i just came and at times my mechanic was able to settle my issues with my car quite fast n by the time i left,a charge of $1.20 already being imposed. Maybe the management should look at this matter with care. Thanks
