I received word that the developers are still trying to push this plan forward despite the initial rejection. My neighbors and I cannot imagine living with that constant smell right outside our front doors. We need to stay vigilant to ensure our community remains a place for families instead of industrial farming.

Seeing the momentum grow around this fight makes me believe we can truly protect our homes from this proposal. It means everything to know that so many neighbors refuse to accept the smell and disruption sitting right across from our front doors.

My property backs on to the farmers field. The flies off the farm are bad enough during the summer without adding a pig farm
its stupid, for people like me who wants to sell there house in the near future!
If allowed to be built, this pig farm could cause the unnecessary abuse and unnecessary slaughter of thousands, if not millions, of pigs. Pigs are beings who, presumably, don't want to die. Pigs are also said to be as intelligent, in terms of numeracy and basic skills, as a three year old human child.

I dont agree with a factory farm being so near to a built up residential area, including a school which fields from the farm back on to. By all means farm pigs, but do it the natural way
