During the recent process of further resolving over-crowding issues in Kanata South, ARC originally proposed Option 1 and Option 2 and we all cast our votes to support Option 2 in the petition at http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/option_2/. However a new proposal just came out yesterday named "Option 2 Modified". See http://www.ocdsb.ca/sch/as/Kanata%20South%20Docs/ARC%20Kanata%20South%20Meeting%204%20Presentation.pdf. We are a group of parents whose children are currently enrolled in EFI and MFI programs at Katimavik ES. We strongly object to the "Option 2 Modified" and urge ARC to stick with Option 2 and present it to OCDSB in the upcoming meeting.
