Advance Amarillo, Support Downtown Redevelopment!

Too much momentum to let downtown stagnate now.

I would to live in a city with a wonderful and fun down town to enjoy.

I support the development of all three projects. Let's build up Downtown Amarillo and move our city forward!

Build it, and they will come.

This is a spring board to greater things for our Civic Center and City.

Amarillo is seriously behind most cities our size with infrastructure to support a good quality of life for our citizens. We must be pro active- everyone can't move to Dallas, Ft Worth, Austin and Houston in Texas.

I would love to go to a downtown area and enjoy a evening of events. Dinner on Polk, walk to a baseball game/concert and stay at the hotel that night. I do this all the time in Fort Worth and Oklahoma, but I would rather send that money in my own town to invest in a future for my children and others to enjoy Amarillo as much I have growing up here. Amarillo really has an opportunity to develop into its own right now and I hope all the generations can see this as a great future and be apart of such a unique opportunity..

Keep Amarillo moving forward. Build the hotel and the ballpark.

The time is now for Amarillo to show boldness and to move forward with downtown development. Let's not let the naysayers stop this!! Thanks for giving us a forum to show support for our city!

Revitalization of downtown is very important. The outdoor event center could bring in many other events besides baseball which would generate more income to the businesses in our city. Amarillo needs to progress and become a vital hub for the panhandle and neighboring states. Become stagnant and wither away or be innovative and thrive.

I support downtown development! It is so important to our community.

I want our city to thrive and I know that it can if we develop it the way it in a way to attract businesses and good people.

Let's make Amarillo a city where people want to live and not leave.

Having served in the center city board for years this has been a long term goal and much needed progress for Amarillo citizens

Why would we not go forth with this project? Good for the city and those who live and visit here.

We can't let what we've worked for all these years go down the drain. Amarillo is dying as it is!!

This is an necessary part of a long range plan for the growth of our city and an expansion of the tax base, which will be financed by existing and new fees and not taxes.! Let's Roll!

Amarillo deserves this project !!
