Hello Parents!!
We heard your concerns regarding the new CPA uniform, and have decided to take a stand with you. We were able to implement very minimal additions NOT CHANGES to the uniform while keeping the color scheme already set in place. Please see below and sign the petition if you are for the additions. You can sign anonymously if you like by UN-checking the box that reads DISPLAY NAME.
-add a gray polo for all grades.
-white polo shirts should be extended to middle school for casual uniform days.
-skinny placket polo option (or feminine fit polo in white, navy or gray for elementary and middle school girls)
-add a navy sock for the girls-add a skort for middle school girls
-add a dress shirt (with tie option) for the elementary school (peter pan collar and oxford)
-add solid sneakers for entire school (solid black or solid white –soles, laces and any type of décor is all one color)
- add a navy pant/skirt/skort.
-add a middle school spirit shirt for the 6th graders in one of the new school colors.

I am currently organizing the feedback from parents to present our requested uniform additions to the administration. Send an email to the school board today to let them know these options are necessary. Post the link to this petition on your Facebook page so more families see the proposal.

The momentum behind these uniform additions proves that our community is united in demanding better options for our students. Email your representative on the school board today to demand that they review these proposals immediately.

Yes, this topic is on the table as well. It seems as if the parents want the same thing. Hopefully we can come to an agreement on these things.
I would like to vote for adding a casual sneaker to be worn daily, not just a gym sneaker for PE days. I would also like to have different color shirt options (not just white) especially for middle school. It can be for Friday dress down days or whatever but we need some color and not something so drab. As far as a navy polo, pants or skirt for all grades I just think that CPE would look the same as last year and I thought we were going for different, urban and all those other words on the poster that is suppose to represent the NEW CPA.
Can the logo be made available so parents can take the shirts/jackets/sweaters to a local embroiderer? Or are you proposing that everything has to be ordered from one provider?
The white shirts get dirty so fast with my boys. Navy or gray options would be a life saver for laundry day please.
Are we getting an answer on the navy pant option? Need to buy clothes for next month soon.
We are working on that question as we speak.
