To the Kirkpatrick Farms HOA Board and Cardinal Management

The residents of Kirkpartick Farms are petitioning to have additional snow removal added to the 2015/2016 budget. Residents would like to see snow removed prior to the start of the school day on the non residential zoned sided walks and walking paths to ensure that the students and parents walking students to and from Pinebrook Elementary school have a safe and snow free walk. The routes include both sides of the street for: Summerall Dr from the power lines to Braddock Road, Mindful Ct till the residential zone begins, Success Dr from Summerall Dr to Laughter Dr. The walking paths to include: the path connecting Balint Park Ct to the clubhouse, the clubhouse sidewalk up to the walking path, the walking path around the pond across Summerall Dr from the clubhouse, near the townhouses.
