im honestly shaking as i type this because adam just got the call that he is back on the team. thank you for showing up for him and making this happen for our friend. we won this together and i couldnt be happier about the result.

Adam was unfortunately let go of the work but we have a chance to bring him back. If you know Adam you know that he is dedicated and loves what he does. He comes to work everyday with a smile and sets up his team for success. He is a strong asset to this team and does not want to give up this fight easily. Adam not only displays leadership inside of work but outside of work as well in our Hard Rock Softball team. The Hard Rock would be losing a very valuable team member to say the least!
Adam has only been my floor once since I became a dealer a few months ago, but he made an impression. I was extremely nervous because I was on a newer game and he completely helped me feel at ease. He helped me every step of the way with no problem. He always greeted me with the kindest smile and the happiest attitude, and it's terrible to see him go.
Adam is such an asset to this team. He is an amazing supervisor and is always interacting with our guests, he does whatever possible to take care of them. He truly loves what he does and it would a shame to let him go!
Adam has worked hard to get where he is today and deserves to be treated with fairness. I know how much he loves his career. His longevity, loyalty, and "home-bred" experience at the company is more valued than most that transfer from here or there. Please give this a second thought.
Nothin about Adam is comes across is negative... Always a positive attitude.. Not just speaking from a friend point of view but a professional aspect of things.. He is a true Employee model of how u would want to be in the casino business.. Need more people like him..
Get him back.
I have found Adam to be someone who applies himself diligently to whatever he is doing , especially on the job at Hard Rock. He is pleasant and easy to get along with. I do hope that Adam gets the opportunity to return to Hard Rock and work with us.

Adam is one of the most fun and friendliest dealers there. Always has a personable attitude! Very well respected and an all around great employee! We look for him when we come in to play. Please do not let a company asset go.
