I have been spending way too much time staring at bylaws and trying to figure out the best way to structure this so ACAT can actually support the solar folks without getting tangled in red tape. It is funny because the more I talk to people about the potential for an Alaska chapter the more I realize how much energy is really out there waiting to be directed somewhere useful like this.

YES. Finally someone is doing something about this. Solar power is the future and we are way behind.
Alaska needs to step up and look at solar. We have the light in summer so lets use it.

It is about time we get more resources for solar up here. winters are rough and energy prices are just crazy.
