This is just greedy. We choose not to live in the city for a reason and shouldn't be forced to move!

This is taxation without representation. We don't live in the city for a reason. If we wanted to live in Decatur we would have moved there.

I am opposed to any police jurisdictions in the state of Alabama. The laws are archaic and should be abolished. They only serve special interest groups and not the citizens.

Our area has better response time than Decatur, so they can stay away, they have more than they can take care of in the city.

The city of Decatur can not afford to serve its people within its immediate city limits; not to mention any extra.

We don't need or want Decatur's taxation without representation . Look at Flint prime example of what happens when Decatur takes over .
