Yes indeed taxing residents in PJ area without residents even having a say is ridiculous and building permits you can't even build a doghouse in Decatur AL with out a permit that's no joke

Please eliminate PJs in this state. Decatur City Council, and other cities in this state, want to increase tax revenues inside the PJ without residents in that PJ having a voice at city polls. A believe a revolution was fought over such a matter.

It's dumb to have a pj if the city is not even going to proved service to to the citizen living in the pj.

Never should have been allowed to go passed the original state given police juristiction for police pursut only.

Taxation without representation! City of Decatur you need to worry about growth of the city - look at Athens they have expanded greatly the past 5 years - if I wanted to live in the city I would have done so 35 years ago - nothing but bureaucratic red tape and fees! Pull back your pj!
