How is this company still allowed to operate?? It makes me sick to think of the vulnerable people left in their hands
My nan was in one of their homes and the way she was treated was absolutely vile. no one should have to end their life like that.
My heart breaks for these families. we need justice for those who cant protect themselves.

Total disgrace. constant understaffing and they just get away with it because they are huge. someone needs to hold them accountable.
