Absolute cabs have now been operating for 18 months in Doncaster, Due to the terms and conditions set by DMBC we are prohibited to pick up our customers from outside the front of the office forcing our disabled, elderly and more vulnerable clients to walk to the car park adjacent to the office. There seems to be no valid reasoning behind this condition set by DMBC as other taxi firms have no restrictions like this and can pick up from outside our office. We believe that this is unfair to our business and our customers. If you agree please sign this petition for us to present to the council.
