I'm all for abolishment of child support. Ive seen my father and spouse get there ass's reemed here in Nashville TN area. We both work 2 jobs just to be able to afford a roof over our heads so he doesn't go to jail.

I've been through the worst of it in the last 14 months I was incarcerated confined 7 of those months 5 months in work release and now they're wanting me to go back I refuse and I'm still fighting I will support my children until I m dead. I have not invited these people in my bedroom and having these children they should not tell me when to pay what to pay and how much to pay I'm an adult and a citizen and I deserve at least that respect.... Everyone please pass the word mostly towards fathers mostly towards fathers and keep fighting good luck.

The fact that if you make 2500 a month commission based income they can still demand 1100 a month... is insane. There needs to be a legal choice to decline your rights to the child if you cannot handle the fees. Instead you just go to jail. If not to decline the rights just a way to somehow turn down the deal rather than let them fully control you

If the mother has a right to forfeit responsibility for a child, the father has the same right. Full Stop.

I pay support not full amount I have fell behind, but the probation officer is always threatening me with jail time. I’m ready to fight the system. I’m going to do everything in my right to change this in nj

They take away our way to work if we can't afford to pay, so we can't pay bc we can't get to work we can't get to work bc we have no DL we have no DL bc we can't afford to pay it's a vicious circle we father's can't even afford to eat hardly this has to stop

Please need the Laws to change
Child support should be paid voluntarily
And they charge citizens too much can't even afford to pay rent expenses.
