This fraud has gone on long enough. It has hurt many families and hard working men and women. Even though you are told it is done in the interest of the child it serves no interest or helps the child in any way . Especially if a father has visitation of his offspring . What did you accomplish by locking him up for non payment? Absolutely nothing other then to make more of a hardship for the families involved. is the child support going to get paid while he is in jail no it will not. So what did you accomplish?

FYI- 42 USC 14141 has been recodified and is now re-codified at 34 U.S.C. 12601

The County Agencies running these programs are forcing families into the program even though the Congressional intent was to be a recovery of Welfare benefits. This is creating a financial gain for the Counties and destroying lives. I personally lost my home, car, job, license, and freedom over their greed without a single shred of evidence of either Need for services or failure to provide for my son. End it now and return to me the losses I have incurred.
