Child Support System is used as a weapon or tool by women to manipulate men and destroy their lives when they want to be spiteful or just when they feel like it. It is an unfair system that is biased toward women. Unreasonable measures of Jail and license suspension are used to keep men in check. You cant spend time with your child if you're in jail and you cant get a job without a license. No idea who made these laws but its mind boggling that this sytem is seen as o.k. by society and has gone unchallenged. And even if you dont agree to be a father, it doesnt matter. You are dragged into this system against your will and still have to pay and are labeled a deadbeat and a loser if you dont have your life together. Not being able to provide for a child you didnt agree to bring to this world shouldnt be treated as a crime. And dont even bother trying to talk about this because you'll be looked down on as someone who is trying to justify dodging their responsibilities. The moment Child Support System is removed, women will definitely think twice before selfishly bringing children into this world because they wont have this organization as part of their plan.

Child support is a BS law and should be abolished especially since the system is making off this stupid law... my son's mother has been on welfare her whole parenting life. I take her to court so I can get 50% of my son and the biased judge gave limited time. A good judge would know that the children need their father as much as they need their mother. The judge cant force the mother to get a job but can force child support on me. To top it off I have full custody of my 2 daughters from a previous relationship. This system is all screwed up!

I'm a mother with 50/50 custody and provide my childrens insurance and also all out of pocket expenses, also make all appointments and bring them to all appointments. After researching, ive realized that it was all about the money and not the children .

Their is no Judge in family court. They State Contractor or State Employee. They are Thief's steeling our children and property tax return and garnishes our way of living. So called hearing master. They are Layers Thief & Manipulator. They Deprive Citizens of this Country from their Constitutional Rights. They are Violating Peoples Civil Rights. The State and County and Police & Child support Agency They Contract with each other They are not State Agency, That is agency doing business in state as corporation. its Collection of welfare and those funding are provided by Federal Government for Every Citizens Health & well being of State Citizens. But these thugs are making a profit from incident parents and getting 66% federal of federal funding no man or women can survive on 50% of their wages.They are putting people in poverty creating Debt loan that you never sign with your wet ink signature. It's racist, unconstitutional and subjugation of the poor and middle-class. I have a friend who lost everything because the woman claimed she didn't get enough despite the fact he was paying 75% of his monthly income to her. He now has no house, no job, no car, no driver's license and a criminal record all because of a broken system.

I can say as a father who is in child's life that the laws governing child support are absolutely ridiculous. I know my son's mother abuses it. I never realized it was a constitutional violation as well. Being a strong supporter of the constitution I feel it needs to be abolished.

My wife is supposed to pay me child support, which I waived. She said if I want joint custody I have to have my half of our responsibility of our daughters Preschool charges taken from me as “child support” in the amount of $55.00 per week.
It’s ridiculous that people can use the system as a means of extortion knowing I want nothing more than to have joint custody so I can have my baby girl half the time. I’m already losing half her life, now she has been marked as “debt”, and my income shows I make $2,860.00 per year which hurts my fund ability for loans, etc..

I knew the "court" was fraudulent. They served me 8 times and I refused to go because I had no money for an attorney. I lady from the title iv-d agency called and tricked me into signing a waiver of service. She mailed it to me and I mailed it back. I never stepped foot in that kangaroo court.

It seems that the judges and the courts don't give a rats a** about your rights, they seem to skirt the rights issue by saying you did not comply with a court order to which you have no choice in the matter. That is their only defense and they incarcerate you for not complying with a court order. The ammendments refenced are put in place to protect citizens from tyrannical government. It seems obvious to me that the u.s. government does not want to handle child support cases because they know the laws violate certain rights under the constitution but, the laws under state laws permit your rights being violated under state laws. The laws all started under the Congress and the Senate and signed by then President Gerald Ford who came onto office when Nixon resigned. Ford was a very short term President and he was just pleasing the powers to be by signing into law the child support act. He saw discrepancies in the law mainly the privacy of the people. This is something that needs further review from a good lawyer and someone who gives a damn about the people's rights! Slavery is a democratic machine that the Republicans abolished, but the democrats were livid by the passing of the emancipation proclamation signed by Abraham Lincoln, which in theory was why he was executed. The democrats are the evil behind the child support laws and no one sees the tyranny associated with child support. Sure other countries may have child support laws but they were enacted when the United States brought them into law. History repeats its self under different colors of law and they think we do not see the pattern they create.
