I've been a slave to the system and my ex wife for 9 yrs. It's disgusting that I've been forced into poverty while helping my ex live comfortably and paying fees towards the courts. ABOLISH this disgusting and I humane regulation and mandate that only damages child/father relationships.

I ABSOLUTELY hate the child support system! 10 WEEKS, OVER 3 MONTHS, A 1/4 OF A YEAR to get my tax return funds to my daughter!? Child support does not exist to support children. quite the opposite in fact. It is a perverse incentive that harms children to increase the perceived need of stealing money. Men and women are equal, and until men and women are treated equally under law, there will never be parity. It is an insult to women to tell them they are too weak and helpless to get jobs and earn as men do, and that they need money from a man to raise children. Child support is misogyny disguised as welfare, it destroys men's careers as well as women's careers and de-incentivizes careers and work for both men and women. As far as I can tell, it only exists so that old women can get revenge against the long dead by proxy.

I want all child support legislation abolished. It is slavery, theft, and extortion. Women are given the right to abort. Men should not have their rights ignored.

They are looting my SENIOR citizens benifits SSDI monthly $1100. Double dipping. If i was working $125 a week They imputed that income. (No trial) and ignored the minor child income that one gets till child turns 18( they cant collect TITLE IV-D on that as it goes directly to the custodial parent) so they put a judgement on your remaining benefits.

if both parents are actively involved, the courts should not have say in where earned money goes. it hurts the parent more then they can imagine

Wish I would have been more educated about the corruption of the family court system when I started down that road.
