Child support is a direct violation of the Constitution and should be done away with.

if it is her body, her choice, then it should be her responsibility! if you are equal to men, you shouldn't need our support. ww don't need yours.

Child services office serves no purpose. They have lazy employees that don't help you

Women can avoid parenthood with abortion and safe haven laws. Men should have the same right. Not everyone can afford to be a parent you you should be allowed to give up responsibility.

A horrible, predominantly sexist law that is used today only to abuse fathers, destroy families, increase poverty and in turn lowering the bar for women who seek the "easy way out". Most cases are women who cheated in their relationship, or were abusive in some way, and instead of owning up to their mistakes decided they can't handle the public shame and the courts, judges, and state attorney's all defiled the law, without investigation in many cases. Those in part must also be prosecuted for violating basic rights and amendments as well as paying restitution for money and time lost, on top of the mental and physical destruction they have caused.

I also feel as if my rights have been violated. I have not broken any laws yet I am forced to pay another person without trial or even a reason.

Woman can choose to keep a baby or not men are on for a ride regardless with no choice licenses taken bank accounts taken vehicles taken interest rates through the roof arrears through the roof violating seventh amendment how can anybody take them selfs out of a financial hole like this

I don’t agree with child support I’m from pa I have 50 50 of my children my wife gets the house and I have to come up with a home for my children while paying her and I have the kids half the time which I want them half or more . How is this fair it is not about the children it is about greed

This completely needs to be abolished! Some women just have too much power over another person! The man loses the child, his money doesn’t even go to the women, and his whole life could be ruined! This is completely awful

Yes I feel the state should never involve themselves in people's lives or give one parent the power to ruin the other perents life,it takes two to make the child and they both knew what they were getting into,if they don't want a kid don't make one or adoption can give the child a home,to many people use child support enforcement as a form of income and a way to ruin someone's life because they can't control that person so the state will do it for them and its the work of the devil
