Child support is 100% sided toward the mother. Will happily ruin a fathers life and put him in jail if he can't afford it. Even if he never wanted children. Legal extortion. My daughter’s educational needs are not being met. My child’s mother terrorism is a constant. I pay to visit with my daughter every other weekend. Parental alienation is a constant. My constitutional rights are not in the courts best interests. I’ve paid well over 20k in lawyers fees with little to no results in my favor.

I am fearful as a 22 year old to ever be a father because I can have an ex partner extort me for personal gain, keep me from seeing my kid and can easily try her hardest to either put me in jail or keep my kid from me.

due to all this virus stuff and everything else and just wise of a job of paying any kind of support I don't have a problem paying for my kids but I think every time I turn around I don't get to see my kids because of their mother and so I'm paying for something that I'm not even seeing my kids and I think it's wrong you know I know I should support my kids I'm not a deadbeat dad but I think I should be compensated I'm sick of going back to court and going to court with me not seeing my kids you know my daughter just turned 19 I don't pay for her anymore but I have two other sons and I would like to see my kids but their mother stops at she talks in their ears and talks about me to them I do not think anybody should be held in to any kind of situation if they can't pay support a lot of people don't work like right now I am not working I got laid off from where I'm at and if they need something they should be able to come to me and ask me cuz I really don't think my kids are getting the money the last I talked to him they weren't getting it and I think it should be put in an account for them kids and not for their mother just saying
