Appalling lack of respect given to Conwy for the food festival and half term traffic.. Who is in charge of these decisions.. Really it's not rocket science

I live in Llandudno Junction, because of this work the whole town and Conwy compleatly gridlocks during peak times. I now don't bother leaving the house at these times. Local businesses must be suffering as a conciquence of this!

The traffic needs to be controlled better. An hour sat in roadworks, particularly in the Conwy tunnel is unacceptable as is the effect on the local communities and businesses. The delays during the replacement of the lights in the Conwy tunnel was negligable, so it is possible to limit the effects.

Anglesey is our peaceful retreat, may have to rethink this as the traffic congestion is too much to bear for the next ? years.

Why not do this work in the summer when there is generally less traffic on the roads!? I drive as part of my job and these roadworks have ensured I haven't got home till 7pm some nights!

I live on the outskirts of Conwy town. Several times during the roadworks I have had to detour via the Conwy Valley to get home because the roads around Conwy were gridlocked.

I live in dwygyfylchi, I don't drive myself and this is causing me and absolute nightmare to get to work using public transport to get to colwyn bay!.. I cant rely on the busses to get to there on time as there all running majorly late because of the road works. And the traffic through the village at peak times is so dangerous!!

Causing Gridlock around Conwy, causing several minor accidents and near misses, with breakdowns making the situation worse. Utter misery and frustration. Took 1 hour 15 minutes for my husband to get home last night. Normally a 12 minute journey! A55 must be the most worked on road in Britain and ALWAYS at the most inappropriate times.

These works are having knock on effects through Conwy town. Smaller roads much busier and becoming dangerous.

This is making a lot of people's lives a misery. What would usually be a 15 minute commute now can take an hour. Shocking organisation skills, typical local government cannot organise a piss up in a brewery
