A President elected with only approx 600 votes of 22000, and the rest of her team much the same.

Elected in a 'democratic' process where officers could not be questioned on their record in office, and where questions put to them were ignored. A process where the voting system failed many students.

A track record with a poor response rate, poor communication with the student population, where national campaigns in the student interest have been overlooked.

This is a Student Union that wants an easy ride. £18k a year of your money paying these elected officers to do their job - though, allegedly, one claims he spent the first three months of his contract with nothing to do.

Do they realise they represent you? Do they realise they have a political role to play? While the government wants to sell your student loans for profit, while teaching strikes threaten your graduation and future employment, while management sit on 6% pay rises, while international students are rinsed by the university for every penny they can get, what are your elected officers doing?
