I want to know,where is mugilan.This society needs a man like him.Government and Police should answer and prove for his presence.
It’s very difficult to digest such this things in this modern developed india .. How can the cops can’t still find him .
Mugilan bro is missing for a long period. We don't know about his state now. He has been protesting against a bad cause. He was working for people benefit. Plz do find him. We want him back without any problem.

As Mr.Muhilan is missing for more about 100days and there is no clear steps and actions taken.Where is he and what happen to him has to be identified cbcid has to interfere and identify the Truth behind this.So I kindly request you to taken the action with full swing speed.
