I am writing this letter of petition for my brother Milton Bell. He is currently in MDOC serving a 30 yr sentence day for day for a charge he caught at 16. My brother is 39 now and has been locked up for 22 years. He was charged at 16, certified as an adult at 17, sentenced at 19. While incarcerated Milton has taken anger management , big brother classes,as well as gotten his GED. While doin hard time he has matured into a man thankful for Gods grace,and strives to live to please him. We are asking for help by signing this petition so Milton Bell can have a chance to get life right. To give him a second chance and an opportunity to live a life. Thank you very much, Tina Goff
