I’m asking for your support as I work toward sentence reduction or supervision. I take full responsibility for my actions and have used this time to reflect, grow, and commit to doing better. I am coming up on 10 years of incarceration, and during that time I’ve missed so much of both of my kids’ lives—moments I can never get back. That reality weighs on me every day and has pushed me to change for the better. I’m focused on becoming a better man, a better father, and a positive influence moving forward. I’m asking for a second chance to prove that I can live responsibly and be present for my children. We need 100 signatures, and every single one truly matters. We all make mistakes but this man was a big pillar to our community from raising kids with no parents to coaching and food give aways
I think everyone deserves second chances, & have been able to watch John prosper into his truth and reflect. I believe he deserves a second chance but more than ever his children deserve to be able to have their daddy home. John has a support system at home!
John deserves to be reconnected with his family and children. Those of us who know his character can truly say he is no threat to society.
Growing up as a young individual always watching the older kids! John Jones showed love and protection, always gathered us younger kids to be at the rec! Everyday kepts busy and out the streets! He’s was destined to be Kobe Bryant! I was always amazed at the work he put in to reach his goals he was one of the few that went to play college ball out of community! I pray that spare of the moment decisions didn’t capture his life forever. God gave him grace and sometimes grace is to sit down for a lil but I’m hoping he has paid his debt and you can see him for the joy he really is
I respectfully ask for consideration in reducing my cousin sentence. He has taken responsibility for his actions, shown genuine remorse, and used his time incarcerated to grow and better himself. He understands the impact of his past choices and is committed to living a positive, law-abiding life. His absence has been deeply felt by our family. Even while incarcerated, he continues to be a source of guidance and encouragement. Allowing him the opportunity for a reduced sentence would give him the chance to continue his growth and positively support his family and kids.
I feel my cousin has lost out on a lot and he has been a man to admit he was wrong so please allow him a second chance to show you that he can do good

Statistics show that a father being present in a child’s life will have positive effect on their upbringing. John has two young children who miss him and love him dearly and need their father. He has had a opportunity to learn from his mistakes, and deserves to prove to the courts and society that he is worthy of a second chance and that he can be there to now help raise law abiding citizens in today’s society. He loves his family and friends and has expressed how the time he has served has shaped a new version of himself. We all deserve grace and mercy and I am hopeful just like you should be that God has done a great work in John to prosper and do great things for his community.
