This is a petition for and by Phantom fans to try and get a POTO cast recording with Hugh Panaro as the Phantom. He has played the Phantom nearly longer than any other actor on Broadway and deserves it. His phenomenal voice should be shared with all phantom fans! Please sign so we can get this to happen finally!
