My daughter will be absolutely distraught when Newsies closes. Having a DVD of her favourite show would make her year!
This is by far the best show I've ever seen. The immersiveness of it is outstanding. To not release a pro-shot would be a travesty. Its heart breaking its finishing #newsiesforever
Newsies is so important to a lot of people like myself, who’d love for the revival to be more accessible for a wider audience- not just those who managed to catch the show’s run in London! A pro-shot or cast recording would be such a great way to reach more people, and give more fans the chance to support the show!
I'm from the Netherlands and was able to see te show in march. I'm a Newsies fan sinds 1995, so please make this happen.
As someone who has seen 7 other productions of Newsies before this production, I can confidently say this production is an entirely unique one. Nothing could capture the feeling of seeing it live, but a proshot could get pretty darn close, and I would love to relive the experience by listening to the cast recording every day. A cast recording would showcase the reorchestrations, the Brooklyn girls, and Letter From The Refuge - all things you can’t get from the Broadway cast recording!

The orchestral arrangements on this production are so great a London cast should be recorded and a pro shot would be amazing considering the success of the show. Plus my brother is one of the newsies and I would love to have a recording for a keepsake.
