The HOA board officially approved the contract for the tag reader camera installation this morning. Our next phase involves monitoring the rollout schedule to confirm that the hardware is live by the end of the quarter.
Given the significant number of mail/package thefts in our neighborhood over the last year or so, the police have recommended that we pursue the purchase and installation of TAG READER cameras with our HOA. Please show your support for this effort by signing this petition in efforts to help keep Beechtree safe.
The level of participation confirms this issue is a priority for the entire neighborhood. I have finalized the formal proposal for the HOA board and will submit the documentation for their review at the next meeting.

given the amount of residents paying HOA fees, and the ability of neighboring subdivisions, collecting less in HOA fees (per household) to provide security, I don't understand why our HOA can't provide the same.

I totally support this effort. No one should have their mail and packages stolen so boldly in broad daylight or at any other time.

I support all efforts to ensure that our community is safer.
Residents in Beechtree are targets. We have absolutely no in/out deterrents.
I support tag cameras and having back window stickers for Homeowners whose cars are registered with the HOA.
