A Harbour Landing for the 21st Century
As an AIA award-winning condominium complex on the Long Island Sound soon to be accessible by an all-new I95 interchange and located across from the newest premium outlet center on the Long Island Sound, Harbour Landing is positioned as an ideal home with long-term investment strength, but capital improvements must be continued and accelerated.
As all homeowners face from time to time, unexpected and costly maintenance is a taxing but necessary reality. In a single-family home, if a roof goes or siding requires replacement, owners tighten their belts, take out home equity loans, or pursue other means to undertake the necessary work. As owners at Harbour Landing, our responsibilities and burdens are no different.
We the undersigned agree that the time to act – and to do so quickly – is now. By signing this petition, I express my commitment to personally find the means to cover my unit's proportioned share of expenditures to advance our community overall and, in the Comments, have included my unit number and prioritized the outstanding tasks as I see them from the following list (i.e. Unit 165 - 2,1,3,4):
1. Complete all siding repair/replacement
2. Complete the North Village Plaza replacement
3. Complete planter/fountain repairs already underway
4. Complete the indoor pool roof replacement
