Definitely the plaza and the siding are in dire need to be repaired.
It is not only the plaza that needs immediate attention to avoid a lawsuit, this also applies to the siding, especially on the south side of the SV. That is the most exposed side and has been know to have rot since at least 15 years, when I almost fell through my LR floor due to a big rotten hole in the SE corner. At that time I was told, the hole resulted from rot in the siding, wich will be redone "soon". I am afraid, my overhang will fall down soon onto Unit 2

If the N Village Plaza replacement is not to cost a few millions to completely reconstruct, I can sign.

2,1,3,4. The pool should be last and the dangerous plaza first. This is a wonderfully INCLUSIVE way of moving us forward.

I would like to know how these proposed repairs will be rank ordered. PLEASE order the North Village plaza replacement #1. It is not only unslightly, it is a lawsuit in the making. #83

Let's not pass judgement. People have their reasons. I think many owners agree we need to raise money. What I like about this petition is that it provides ideas for prioritization. Clearly you are in favor of raising funds ASAP before interest rates continue to climb and cost of labor escalates and you probably have safety concerns too. What do you recommend regarding prioritizing work?
