I'm a father who was lied to by my childs mother for three and a half years that my son was another mans child. I tried to get a dna test when my child was born but with no way of getting my childs mother to take a dna test, i was stuck. So when i got the chance to babysit, i bought a DNA test and swabbed me and my childs mouth. It took two months to find out something i knew since the start. I showed the test to my childs mother and she laughed at me telling me it was faked even when the paper said i was my sons father 99.9999 percent. So i started the long process to see my son and become a part of his life. All i wanted was 2 weekends a month to get to know my son. It took six months to get papers saying i would have my son on weekends but because my mother of child was stubborn it did'nt work. So i continued and after four months got a police order to have the police go to her house and bring my son to me, so i went that weekend and after they did'nt get anybody decided to leave. But before that happen i open her door and she came out swearing and shouting racist slurs the mother of my child. So she told them my son was at a day camp and they told me there hands were tied. So i went to court again and got the police order changed to that the police can go anywhere in Ontario and enter her house with forced if necessary. But its been another year and i have seen my son three weeks split over a year. So i'm doing this petition to make sure no father will miss his child first walk, and first words or a mother raise a child without there father. So i ask you to please help me make sure that no man be denied his right to be a dad and also no mother raise a child by herself! this is petition so they make it the law that a person can have the person they believe is the other parent to take a DNA test because a child needs a mother and father.
