I am worried about the health and safety of road users and pedestrians. This is clearly a very dangerous curators as evidenced by the number of serious accidents, injuries and deaths occurring on it. I think careful redesign could simultaneously improve flows, safety and make the area more convenient for residents and better for local high street businesses.

I live and work in the area and regularly need to traverse the gyratory on foot and less often as a driver. The area is fraught with risks and any interruption to normal flow (a breakdown/build up of bus traffic/delivery vehicles stopping to load/unload) only adds to the uncertainty. A fix MUST be found.

I lived on Christchurch Rd for 10 years until last year. I cycled to work and everytime i went round the gyratory i genuinely felt that my life was at risk. It was the most dangerous part of my 10 mile journey to Paddington.
