Gibraltar town centre to be full of tall office blocks & blocks of flats?

I firmly oppose the construction of substandard buildings. -Preservation of the historic landscape -Infringement of neighbouring rights to sunlight -Negative impact on people's life -Loss of stopping spaces and asesses This proposal has no positive effect on the neighbourhood.

No more please you are ruining the town centre.

Would look ridiculous

Old town identity and charm should not be lost

Lets keep all blocks to same level

We have to protect the heritage

This goes against the Gibraltar Development Plan.

Tourists visit Gibraltar due to its unique charm & history, as do those who decide to move here & call it home. If tall, modern buildings keep being built, Gibraltar won't be any different to any other modern city centre. It will be ruined, and for what? So a few select few can make their fortune!!

Definately no need for an office block in that location.

Gibraltar needs to stop building

No to high rises, Gibraltar is far too built up already! Preserve the old town and protect people's sunlight as tall buildings block out daylight!!!!

have loved gib for nearly 60 years, living there 4 times. Please keep the old Town in character as it should be, there are enough high rise buildings already. Think it would be detrimental to the tourist trade, the quirkiness of the old town is what people love

I’m from Gibraltar but have lived in the UK for many years. Every time I go back there are more and more high rise buildings destroying the character and heritage of Gibraltar and creating an increasingly claustrophobic and oppressive feel. Please stop building high rise buildings and instead invest in refurbishing the old historic buildings and, where possible, create open green spaces.
