There are more than enough high rise buildings in the town area already. This trend needs to stop!

Please don’t destroy the character of the old town by inserting mis-fit buildings, making the area less attractive to residents and visitors alike.

Gibraltar town centre is being zapped of all its character with new high rise buildings where flats are receiving high open market rents or being sold for high prices whilst old buildings in our town centre are deteriorating due to rent control that should be means tested so that landlords can have the ability to maintain their historical properties that give our Old Town of Gibraltar its character

Our heritage is being lost, block by block. It must stop now before it is too late.

It’s being considered because the developer has the right connections of course.

I am amazed that this is even being considered. We should conserve and refurbish our old buildings; certainly within the old town. We can and should do better than this!

All those new buildings are so ugly, keep old town historical, don't destroy history, this is what makes Gibraltar special and keeps tourists coming, if it looks everywhere like devilstower road, no one will want to come and see Gibraltar.

Over-building is suffocating Gibraltar and making it unaffordable to most Gibraltarians,
