Gibraltar town centre to be full of tall office blocks & blocks of flats?

I lived in Gibraltar from 1971 to 1984 and my daughter was born there and it is shameful about all the building work that has happened since and the area inside the city walks must be protected

This has already been done to me with planning approval to block up my kitchen window so another can enjoy the property more with planning. I live in an over 300 year old property in the town, I was told I have no right to light or to protect my building which has heritage value!

Once more greedy developers destroying our heritage. Time to stop.

There are no high buildings so near the Main Street and it’s beautiful that way. Should be kept like that. This would put a dark mark in the centre of Gibraltar

Too high for within city walls

This proposal is much too high and is against the maximum height rules new buildings. It will overshadow the existing flats around it and damage existing flat owners quality of life. It would be completely wrong to allow another over sized building in the town centre
