The local area cannot cope now with the traffic demands and with the proposed development it will be totally overcrowded. There is no inbfastructure planned which will put a strain on the local schools doctors etc. The suggested access road onto Derwent will massively increase the likelyhood of accidents on a very busy road very close to a lower school.

If this plan to build more houses goes ahead it will set a precedent for even more to be built. We do not have the infrastructure to support additional residents and their cars. Common sense should rule out this development.

This will totally ruin the wildlife in this area, and set a precedent for more building in this area which the infrastructure cannot deal with.

as a local resident for over 30 years I am totally against the scheme. It would bring disruption to the community with extra transport the roads cannot cope with, along with destroying beautiful land and wildlife.

Please stop this development in its tracks - it will ruin a scenic area, place further burdens on the infrastructure of Linslade, increase the traffic problems in Soulbury Road and mean more parking parolees in all the roads around the Station. This development is a cynical ploy by AVDC - there will be no impact on the Buckinghamshire village of Soulbury ( except the promise of a new village hall) - the proposed development is 1.5 miles from the village but is absolutely abutting Linslade Beds.

The extra traffic around the station and Soulbury Road and A418 at peak times will bring the whole place to a stand. Hard enough to get a Drs appointment now, extra load on our resources is just too much. Whare will the sewage go,? Our drains are overloaded when it rains even now.

Would be a diaster for the area, infreastructure already oversubscribed. Too much traffic at school drop off and pick up times. Getting out of Lomond Drive is dangerous due to all the parked carsat school time!

This new development should not go ahead because there is no infrastructure to accommodate 375 new homes, e.g. doctors surgery will be extremely busy, schools, huge traffic, and loosing the scenery and wild life. The roads will be so busy it will be dangerous to take small kids for walk. The polution levels will also increasae. The roundabout between stoke road, old road and wing road will come to stand still. Living here will be a nightmare!!!

Traffic into Leighton Buzzard along Soulbury Road is already clogged up with queues back to the railway bridge at times. Neither Leighton Buzzard or Bedfordshire gain any of the benefits from this development, but it puts a further strain on local infrastructure. Not convinced that the sewage disposal can cope with this (also water supply to this area not good - we used to regularly have household supply interupted).
