We object the the recent Valley Farm proposed development. The local infrastructure can not cope with the proposed development; the high volume of traffic is already a major issue, particularly by Greenleas school, at the beginning and finish of the school day; the sewers can't cope; access to the development is an issue; there will be increased demand on local services that are already stretched and local taxes that help to pay for services will go to Aylesbury Vale District Council.

Leighton Buzzard has already had too many new homes and this can be seen by the big increase in traffic and congestion in the town. Doctors surgeries are over subscribed making it difficult to arrange an early appointment. Further development on our borders would only exacerbate the existing problems.

Valley Farm will ruin the town which will be expected to accomodate extra traffic, car parking, medical services and schools. I am strongly against this unless someone can prove to me I'm wrong!.
