The management team has finally agreed to stop the mandate and respect our right to organize. To be honest I am just stunned by the strength shown by all of you during these long months. This win belongs to the employees who kept pushing even when things looked impossible.

Valley Health should allow its employees the right to make their own medical decisions.
The Valley Health Workers Association supports the
unionization of Valley Health employees to negotiate with management
over wages, hours, and the improvement of working conditions,
particularly to put an end to the harassment and coercion of employees
that have not taken the COVID-19 vaccine.
Employees have the federal
right to form a union and use company email to assist in its formation,
as long as it doesn’t interfere with work duties.
We need 2000 employees to sign this petition to get a vote to start a union!
If
you are against the vaccine MANDATE, join this cause! It does not
matter if you are vaccinated or not, if you do not agree with this MANDATE, and are a Valley Health employee, sign this petition!
Supervisors do not have the same protections as employees for engaging in union activity and collective bargaining activity. If you are a supervisor, please contact [email protected] before signing.
By signing this petition, I am formally expressing my desire to have Valley Health Workers Association represent me for the purpose of collective bargaining.

Too much overreach. Time for us to stand up together and push back against these forced policies.
The way management has treated staff lately is just wrong. We need some protection and real representation.
Enough with the mandates. My body my choice right? We work hard and deserve a say in our own healthcare decisions.
FINALLY. been waiting for someone to get this started. count me in.
Working conditions have gone downhill fast. Hope this brings some fairness back to the hospital.
