Valley Health should allow its employees the right to make their own medical decisions.
The Valley Health Workers Association supports the unionization of Valley Health employees to negotiate with management over wages, hours, and the improvement of working conditions, particularly to put an end to the harassment and coercion of employees that have not taken the COVID-19 vaccine.
Employees have the federal right to form a union and use company email to assist in its formation, as long as it doesn’t interfere with work duties.
We need 2000 employees to sign this petition to get a vote to start a union!
If you are against the vaccine MANDATE, join this cause! It does not matter if you are vaccinated or not, if you do not agree with this MANDATE, and are a Valley Health employee, sign this petition!
