UPS needs to be accountable for their operations. The noise is not incidental and a frequent occurance, they say they are trying to reduce it, but I have not seen any indication of this reduction and still here them. I'm am often woken up in the middle of the night by there equipment and I am at least a 1/2 mile away.

As a resident I'm appalled at the increase of the amount of noise coming from north of the neighborhood.

We call it the T-Rex, and it sure sounds hungry when UPS make the noise.

The noise is unacceptable, and more measures need to be taken to reduce it, especially overnight.

I hear banging nightly and I'm not even directly behind it . Would think installing noise reducers would be the least they could

We have lived with this noise for 15 years. All times of the day and night. alwways very loud during the holiday. the noise will often wake us up at night and disturbs our peace during the day. This situation needs to be corrected and we need to be compensated.

I recently purchased a home on Eaglerock and am negatively affected by the sounds from the UPS complex. Please explore buffering and other options to restore residents' quality of life.

I'm a good 1,200 feet away and have noticed an increase in the noise coming from the UPS facility over the years even while we've taken efforts to better soundproof our home. If the distribution center is growing in size or capacity, the right thing to do would be to counter that growth with appropriate sound-reducing measures and procedures.
