My house is about as far away from the facility as you can get in Northcrest proper. I can still hear the noise some, though not enough to be a nuisance to me personally. But I do see/hear neighbors on the other side of the neighborhood complaining about the noise a lot. No doubt it affects their quiet enjoyment and thus the value of their property.

This really needs to be addressed, it is unfair to residents.

We live on Lynnray very close to UPS. Don't mind the proximity at all, but the noise could stand to be cut down a bit, as it echoes through the neighborhood.

Interested in lower noise level from UPS. Seems to have increased in the past years. Also the flow of trucks entering Northcrest Rd in the mornings having to use a Police to stop the traffic on Northcrest Rd and causing it to back up.

I live on Heartwood Lane, not all that close to the UPS facility, yet I still hear loud noises coming from there several times each night โ clanks, squeals, and other machinery-type sounds โ often at very late hours. I find this both annoying and unacceptable. I hope resolution of this issue will be coming soon.

I live directly behind the UPS property on Eaglerock. I require the use of white noise machines at night throughout my home for sleep. I am awakened by clanking and loud machine sounds periodically. The noise is very unpleasant.

We live near the corner of Summitridge and Eaglerock (very close to UPS) and we can't spend peaceful time in our garden or ever have our windows open because of the constant loud beeping sounds. It really is unbearable. Please at least turn the beeping (backing up) sounds off while your trucks are in the facility.

The noise prevents me from sleeping as I can no longer sleep with my windows open and from utilizing my outdoor dining space with a fireplace. It seems to be non stop now and even louder with the leaves down.

Please take measures to prevent disturbing noise from interfering with the lives of inhabitants of Northcrest, and help us provide a peaceful neighborhood.

Eaglerock directly behind UPS. The noise does not allow me to get to sleep until 3am or 4am each day for the last 3 weeks.

Summitridge directly abutting the SW corner of UPS property. Above ordinance decibel levels 24 hour a day, 7 days a week.

The noise is unbearable at times. There is currently no quality of life for the residents in my area. I am on Eaglerock drive. Sound decibals and the time of the noise violates the noise ordinance and something MUST be done.
