Fairfield doesn't give a ____ about it's citizens. They take care of the "affluent" areas of the Town and if you don't live in one of those areas then that's your problem. They don't care about clear traffic concerns/safety, plowing issues or just overall quality of life. Just take a look at the FPD commission on traffic safety meeting notes and you'll see how many concrete realistic proposals are denied for no good reason at all.

This is an absolutely absurd proposal.

I oppose this development. Stop inappropriate development in Fairfield before it's too late. Traffic is already highly congested on Black Rock Tpke. This will make it much worse.

I live on Andrassy Ave. It's near impossible to turn into or out of my Street onto Black Rock Tpke. We need to stop overbuilding our neighborhoods. Black Rock Tpke needs no new traffic and our residential streets do not need to be clogged with additional cars. The Town allowed a builder to build 3 duplexes where there was one house at the end of my street and now you can just about get by due to the additional 8-10 cars that lot now generates.

I strongly object to this proposed project due to community safety reasons.

This is a bad idea

I do not agree. It will only add more congestion and impact the community.

Traffic in this congested area already poses a danger and will be increased substantially with the addition 29 units.

Bad idea for a dangerous intersection!

The traffic is horrendous now and someone is going to be killed at this intersection. We do NOT need any more traffic there.

We have enough traffic and no parking !!!

This is a "Death Trap" of an idea. People will die in accidents if this is built. Totally wrong location for this. It's already a 5 way intersection. Making it a 6 way is mind numbing. putting profits ahead of people is WRONG!

This is an absurd proposal to put a multiplex unit on all ready congested street. This side of Fairfield all ready has more than their share of low income housing.

I oppose the building on Black Rock Turnpike and Tunxis Hill. There is far too much traffic in this area as it is, and even more is on its way with the multiple housing being built off Candlewood Road. It seems like all the multiple housing units are being built on this side of Fairfield. I suggest the builders find another area on the other side of town. Is this district has enough congestion.

Fairfield is not a city. We are not Bridgeport. Stop trying to make out beautiful suburb a mini city. Leave it alone.

Isn't this the same group we stopped from building the same housing units on Bronson Rd 2 years ago? You need to find a different town to ruin and stay out of ours!

I am opposed to the building of an apartment complex on Black Rock Turnpike!

This would be a very bad decision for the neighborhood and intersection. Emergency vehicles would have difficulty getting around delaying assistance. I grew up in Fairfield and this was always a bad intersection.
