Too many traffic hazards

The traffic impact will be too risky. All the children in the complex will be walking to the elementary school. Disaster waiting to happen.

This structure is not in character for the neighborhood, and I object to this structure being placed on such a small lot on a very busy intersection.

I am opposed to this proposed 3 story, 29 unit, 40 foot high apartment building. I am concerned for the safety and welfare and also the traffic issues that will arise from this huge development. Please come and support this neighborhood.

The traffic is already SO dangerous in the area!!

8-30g is a bad law with good intentions. Fairfield already has ample affordable housing, but the State is forcing us to build substantially more because it refuses to count the many low-cost units that were not built with government funds or are not formally deed restricted. This destructive law can only be changed in Hartford.

Zezima and McCarthey Vahey support Section 8 housing on this property. Vote for Democratas and get more Section 8 low income housing. Pinocchio Zezima!

I am very worried about the safety of an already dangerous intersection!

Way too big for neighborhood and school district.

This proposal is way too large for the .6421 piece of property it is on. Traffic is a nightmare already and with 29 units the flow on Moritz Place and the added volume onto an already dangerous intersection is scary. I am against this building, its size and density.

Adding this enormous building to our residential single-home / duplex neighborhood will only exaserbate the serious traffic and safety problems we have. This developer's greed should not be allowed to outweigh the best interest of the hundreds of other residents that will be directly impacted by the existance of such a monstrosity. Hiding behind his golden ticket, state statue 8-30g, and leaving the area completely defenseless to whatever he does, this developer is using something that was meant for good for his own evil purposes. I pray the TPZ realizes that this building is not the right choice for our neighborhood and stops this project once and for all!

I was told, taco bell or sonic was potentially looking at the property from the realtor at Atherton agency, then when they backed out, they also dropped buying the neighbor on moritz, this sounds better than that and at least someplace for someone starting out to live in our town. What happens if they say no to this project? you want more fast food ? Obviously that corner is going commercial someday... Just my thoughts..... deny this maybe get a CVS drive through......
