Our HOA Board of trustees decided to not open the club house pool and facilities for the summer of 2020 due to the new COVID-19 health guidelines published by the Summit County health department. We would like to hold a Special meeting as described in Article 6 section 6.03 of the Towpath homeowners association bylaws to reconsider safely and responsibly opening the pool And other facilities during the summer of 2020.
