Chevi Garfinkel and Yakov Duvid Klar have active Child Victim Act cases against them and are both accused of sexually abusing children.

Currently, TorahAnytime has 233 shuirim posted by Chevi Garfinkel and 15 shiurim from Klar. When asked why they continue to endorse and give a platform to accused chilld sex abusers, their response was "we have a psak from a rav", but so far, have been unwilling to share who that rav is, and have refused to remove both accused abusers from their website.

Continuing to put Chevi and Klar on a pedestal and evade reasonable questions as to why and what rav allows them to do so is disrespectful, not only to Jewish survivors, but to Jewish families who use their service. Enabling sexual abuse in our communities is unacceptable and dangerous.

We demand that TorahAnytime:

• Remove the shiurim from Chevi Garfinkel and Yakov Duvid Klar from their platform, at least until the lawsuits are closed.
• Be transparent and public regarding the psak they received to allow them to keep accused child sex abusers on their platform.
