This would be so helpful as I keep fin my art being sold everywhere. Etsy is the worst they won’t remove it even with proof of ownership unless you open an Etsy shop, which is unethical. The UK just passed laws giving copyright to ai artists as long as the prompt was human input and not script generated mass production made. Canadas copyright law is the same as UK so for now if you apply for copyright it’s approved. Havingthe site on your side with a copyright image would be huge, and great marketing for NightCafe, maybe they just need to have something run through the UK where there is copyright laws for AI artists.

AI artists are creators of original images, the same as traditional artists and photographers, and are entitled to the same protections from unauthorized use or piracy of their work.

To whom it may concern: There are many of us who cannot understand why there are no security measures to prevent our ideas, creations, costs, time and everything related to them from being stolen with impunity.I firmly believe that every bad action on any subject but in this case on the intellectual property of a work is virtual as it is and is legislated in a tangible work to express it. But it's not as if our time-consuming creativity and subscription costs for editing videos are in a legal vacuum that is already impossible to ignore and therefore intolerable . Our creations have intellectual, emotional, and economic value. So why isn't there legislation on the subject? If the economic system wasn't prepared for what it would generate on the artistic level,Why was the widespread use of artificial intelligence allowed? We await positive responses from you. Thank you for your attention.
