If any other creative writings (i.e. novels, poems, song lyrics, short stories, screenplays, etc.) can qualify as IP, then a complex and/or detailed prompt for image creation should be too. It is that simple. I use my words instead of a paintbrush or pencil and an A.I. tool (model) instead of a canvas. I am still the creator of my vision, as are all "A.I. artist."

Temu is a scummy, unethical site in general, and it needs to stop taking AI art without permission.

I don’t care if art is made by traditional methods, or using graphics programs, or using A.I. - art is art, and the artists should have their works protected.

AI Art is owned by the prompt creator. If you aren't that person, you don't have the right to use it. If you earn money with someone elses work, AI Art, you could be responsible for paying the actual owner/creator anything you earn.

AI Art is an Art form and as creators we have a right to protect our creations. It is an individuals words and creative use of prompts that makes them an Artist. Not everyone can create magnificent AI art without first knowing how to speak AI.
