I'm going into a business using my art creations and certainly can't afford any of them being stolen

I have had my work stolen and sold, reported the seller , it is removed but reappears under different sellers name

shame on temu for allowing art theft on its sites

Copyright infringement is a crime and should be treated as such. There should be strict penalties levied against the perpetrators up to and including incarceration. Those that engage in this unlawful act are stealing the thoughts, dreams, and creative energy of others.

Legal protection at the international level is necessary in view of the development of creation by AI. Let's protect the artists of all these vultures that are Temu and others.

My art that is not only AI, but has heavy edits by me in Adobe Photoshop and is covered under the January 29, 2025 Part II of the USA copyright law is rampant all over Temu, Amazon and Ebay. It's not fair. If the law were to extend copyrights to AI art, I don't think it would be exploited as much. We pay for the AI renders and spend hours of our time. There should be protection for that human input as well.

Intellectual/creative property theft is a global scourge and a crime, it needs to be treated like one. Thank you for forming this important petition.

This problem is not new to me, although to my knowledge I have not had any of my A I work stolen I have created artwork for many years from Daz/Bryce and Photoshop, to Mojoworld 3 pro, Apophasis 3d hack and Adobe Elements 10 for post process, I've created 20" by24" framed prints and designed shirts for the darting community, and my experience with blatant theft came about through Facebook where some of my material was copied from my photos library and used for promotional posters etc for rock bands and designs for shirts and personally I think it's disgusting and yes I totally agree to the introduction of laws and by-laws put out to stop thieves from taking, using and profiting from artists who have often sweated for long hours to get exact piece you imagined done only to see it on a poster in a newspaper advertising someone else's business so I think this has been a long time coming and of course it will get my 100% backing, good luck to you girl for giving this a voice and good luck to all of us involved in the production of happiness for the benefit of others...
