Hear hear, it takes real effort to make GOOD AI art, otherwise Temu wouldn't need to steal ours.

I too have seen art in temu I thought resembles certain styles of artists on Night Cafe. I wondered how they came by them. Not just tshirts but stickers cups, jewelry, limitless. Maybe they see AI as the wonderful fantasy field full of flowers for the picking, but we artists spend our time working on developing the image best fitting the idea in our mind, instead of pencil, or brush AI is the handy toolbox. Sometimes it takes many attempts to ready the best result. Rewriting the prompts again and again. Yes AI is fast on its end but in real time, it can take hours. Plus we sometime take it to other editing tools. Yes it is art done by artists Yes it costs to make them . Yes I dislike injustice and thievery. I sign with pleasure. We need the world to understand this is a treasured artwork like any other. Human Mind to AI mind, illustration to illustration is art. Thank you

Though some may think AI graphic generation is "easy", it isn't quite so. AI Artists work very hard to learn how to write deeply descriptive prompts to capture what we envision in our mind, and that is only the first step! (If others find it easy and wish to create their own piece to use as THEY wish.. then DO SO!) AI Artists and Graphic Designers take the time to LEARN, as it is so much more than it seems! Refining prompts, learning how to use different tools, WE must learn to have the LEAD OVER AI, and other artists will understand what I mean! PLEASE, whether hand-drawn or painted on a canvas, whether manually layered on a computer, or deeply learning how to write intricately descriptive prompts in ways that AI can understand, ALL ART CREATIONS ARE EQUAL, and every type of artist has the RIGHT to HIS/HER OWN CREATION! (Example. Most of AI Art begins with a deeply detailed "prompt". This would be the same as STEALING the credit for writing short stories, poems, lyrics, or ETC! The "rough draft" RESULTS from our WRITING, and many of us take several other steps to "tweak" our creations to get it just how we hope!) ALL ART IS EQUAL, and AI Art is NOT an exception! (For most, being able to use these AI tools ALSO COMES WITH A HEFTY PRICE, and so the money we place into our creations being stolen makes this an even BIGGER issue! WE PAY TO OWN OUR CREATIONS!) Please, HEAR OUR PLEA! Please PROTECT AI ARTISTS just as any other forms of art are! CONSENT SHOULD BE NECESSARY! We PAY to be able to create our AI Graphics! We DESERVE the SAME RIGHTS as any other type of artist! THANK YOU!

“The creative part, the surprising part, the breaking-the-rules part - that is not AI. That’s us.” - Seth Godin Art is Art, AI or not. There is still a creative process involved in imagining the idea, crafting the prompts to bring that idea to life and then any editing involved after that initial generation. These creations are, by definition, intellectual property and must be protected under the umbrella of copyright infringement.
