On the 10th January 2017 Umpire Simon Lightbody made an utterly incorrect decision to dismiss Alex Ross. He was given out "Obstructing the field" despite the fact he was trying to prevent injury. Simon Lightbody made this design from the box of third umpire, giving him ample time to make the right decision. The decision affected the game. Please sign this petition to help gain Cricket Australia's attention and get justice for the Fans, Alex Ross and the great game.

He made an awful decision to send Alex Ross off cricket Australia should look for better umpires
First of all he was preventing injury. And the ball wasnt even going to hit the stumps and by the time Matt Wade got the ball Ross was in.
Too many howlers from ALL umpires. Paul Wilsin probably only umpire that can hold his head high. Khawaja blessed (caught and LBW)
shocker of a call from lightbody he needs to be reviewed
He Cleary moved right to dodge the ball coming in.
Definitely shouldn't been out
Disgraceful
