I understand that people change from who they used to be but in no way should that ever grant a person who clearly knew wrong from right, the ability to be rewarded for their abominable and rightfully disgusting behavior. I cannot even fathom those innocent lives that he so wrongly changed and so wrongly cut into shreds. He made his decisions, therefore he must deal with his consequences just like every other human being. Please do not ever give him the future ability of putting others in danger.

Please do not allow this to happen to so many innocent good families. You will have everyone living in fear or leaving the neighborhood that we all love. They're supposed to be doing their research about areas to place these people. Anyone who has done any research in this area would know that it is full of children. Practically every house in that whole neighborhood has children. The school is so close and kids walk to and from bus stops all day. Please do not disturb the peace that we have all worked hard to keep in our neighborhood. Do your homework and actually visit the area so you can see for yourself that this area is full of happy, hard working families. It's not fair that the system protects the rights of others and always forgets the rights of the innocent. We have rights too and we have a right to live in peace. This guy should not be released period yet alone to a home and area like this. Please don't allow this.

I know and live in this area. Shame on the County Of Fresno for putting Child Predator in a child rich environment. There is alternative housing for scum like this. If you don't think a repeat offender won't commit another offense, your dead wrong. If you can't afford to increase my salary, you won't be able to afford a lawsuit after a child/children is molested.

His placement should be somewhere where children are not going to be in harms way and he won't be tempted. Rehabilitation is possible but not if he's thrown back into possible triggered environments.

My Grand Daughter was sexually assaulted at age 9. I know it's neighborhood and it's close to schools and park like setting with Splash Island is very close. Too many children at risk!!!
